Delivery of Services

We do not sell or ship any physical products. Your payment gives you a membership, records your support, or reserves your place in a course or event. Delivery is therefore digital and/or in the form of access to a service.

As soon as your card payment is successfully authorised, a confirmation is generated and sent to the email address you provided. This usually arrives within a few minutes and serves as proof of your transaction.

Membership is activated immediately upon successful payment and is valid for twelve months. You receive a welcome confirmation by email with your membership details and information on how to use your benefits.

For a course, your enrolment is confirmed by email together with the schedule, venue, and start date. For a workshop or event, your registration confirmation acts as your ticket and includes the date, time, and location. You take part on the stated date at the stated Belgrade venue.

Your support is acknowledged by an email confirmation immediately after payment. As it is a voluntary contribution, no goods or services are delivered in return.

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of paying, please check your spam folder and then contact us. We will confirm your transaction and resend the details.

Your payment card is charged at the time of your order, immediately after the payment is successfully authorised. There is no later, deferred, or recurring charge — every payment is one-time.

All services are delivered digitally or as access to the Association's services. Courses, workshops, and events take place in Belgrade, at the stated venue and time; membership and support are also available online, including to supporters abroad. There are no other specific delivery restrictions.
