Through this website you can become a member, make a one-time contribution, and register and pay for courses, workshops, and cultural events. We do not sell physical goods. All offerings are services or memberships provided by the Association.

When you use our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for the details you submit. If you provide information about other participants (for example, when registering several places), you confirm you are authorised to do so.

All payments are made by card in Serbian dinars (RSD) through the secure Banca Intesa NestPay gateway. Prices and full payment conditions are set out in our Payment Terms. By completing a payment, you agree to those terms.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

The content of this website — text, logo, images, and design — belongs to the Association of Turks in Belgrade or is used with permission. You may not reproduce or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, or use it in any way that harms the Association or other users.

We make every effort to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Serbian law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Belgrade.

Only lawful services and memberships of the Association of Turks in Belgrade are offered through this website — membership, voluntary support, and registration for courses, workshops, and cultural events. We do not sell any goods or services that fall within the categories prohibited by the card associations or the bank, nor anything contrary to the applicable laws of the Republic of Serbia.
