These General Terms of Use and Payment Terms contain all the mandatory information about the Association of Turks in Belgrade, about paying by payment card, currency conversion, delivery, complaints, data protection and refunds. Please read them before you make a payment.

2. Conversion statement
All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

4. Delivery
After a successful payment, a payment confirmation containing the transaction details is automatically sent to the user's registered e-mail address. Support is provided electronically and there is no physical delivery of goods.
5. Complaints policy
For any objection or complaint regarding a payment, the user may contact us. A response to the complaint is provided within the statutory deadline. A refund, where justified, is made exclusively to the payment card used to make the payment.
6. Protection of user privacy
On behalf of the Association 'Turaka u Beogradu' we undertake to protect the privacy of all our customers. We collect only the necessary, basic data about customers/users and the data necessary for our business operations and for informing users in accordance with good business practice and with the aim of providing a quality service. We give customers a choice, including the option to decide whether or not they wish to be removed from the mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All data about users/customers is strictly kept safe and is available only to those employees for whom that data is necessary in order to perform their work. All employees of the Association 'Turaka u Beogradu' (and business partners) are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.
7. Protection of confidential transaction data
When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted over a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system, currently the most advanced cryptographic technology. Data security during purchases is guaranteed by the card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, and the complete payment process takes place on the bank's pages. At no moment is your payment card data available to our system.
8. Refunds
In the event of a refund to a user who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, the Association 'Turaka u Beogradu' is obliged to make the refund exclusively via the VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex and DinaCard payment methods, which means that the bank will, upon request, refund the funds to the cardholder's account.
9. VAT statement
The Association 'Turaka u Beogradu' is not in the VAT system.
